Shipping Policy:
Delivery within 3–10 working days.
Delivery time may vary as per location.

Size Exchange:
1. Product must be couriered back within 48 hours by customer
2. Product must be unused and in original condition
3. For exchange orders, coupon code will be provided after deducting ₹70 shipping charges from product value.

Coupon Code Details:
1. Issued after parcel reaches us
2. Valid for 1 month from WhatsApp issue date
3. Can be used on any product from our website
4. Exchange process may take 15–20 days.

Return Policy:
1. Returns/replacements accepted only for defective, damaged, or wrong products.
2. Unboxing video without cuts is mandatory for return/exchange claims.
3. For defective, damaged, or wrong products, a coupon code will be provided instead of refund.
